Another day, another urgent update needs to be applied. Microsoft has just released security updates with fixes for 49 vulnerabilities across its software products. Of the 49 bugs, six are rated Critical, 40 are rated Important, and three are rated Moderate. One of the flaws gives remote attackers direct access to a vulnerable machine, so you must update now.
To install the latest Microsoft Updates:
- Click Start
- Go to Settings
- Choose Update and security
- Choose Advanced options
- Under Choose how updates are installed, choose the options you want
