I wanted to let you know that Google has just issued fixes for two massive vulnerabilities in its Chrome web browser, including one flaw already being exploited in the wild by hackers. Please update Chrome to the latest version (100.0.4896.127) for Windows, Mac, and Linux by following these steps:
- Open Chrome
- At the top right, click More
- Click Update Google Chrome. Important: If you can’t find this button, you’re on the latest version.
- Click Relaunch.
It would be best if you took a look at Brave, Firefox, or DuckDuckGo web browsers, as I mentioned before. They offer the same functionality as Chrome and are far more secure.
