Have you ever broken any of Instagram’s policies? Are you about to get suspended? It is very easy to find out. Instagram now has an in-app policy violation center where you can check if you have broken any of their rules. The app will tell you if you haven’t violated Instagram’s rules. But if you have, it will show you all the violations you’ve made, and from here, you can also see tips on what to do if you have broken the platform’s rules.
You can access your Instagram violation history in just a few steps.
Here’s how:
- Open the Instagram app on your phone.
- Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- In your profile, tap the hamburger menu in the top-right corner of the screen, followed by Settings.
- Navigate to the bottom of the screen and tap Help followed by Support Requests on the next page.
- Now tap Violations to view how you’ve broken Instagram’s rules.
