If you have been a victim of Hive Ransomware, I am happy to tell you that we are getting closer to a free decryptor; thanks for the team’s fantastic work at South Korea’s Kookmin University. They are still in research mode. While they have not released a decryption tool yet, they have great success decrypting up to 90% of infected data using a vulnerability in the Hive encryption process.
We have reached out to them to see if we can help them turn this research into a free decryption tool, and I will keep you posted. In the meantime, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our support team directly if you are currently locked out, and we can put your name on the list.
