Apple has rolled out critical updates to address three significant zero-day vulnerabilities presently being exploited. These loopholes in the security system render your devices extremely susceptible if they’re not updated. I urge you to apply these updates as soon as possible. The necessary updates are listed below.
Here’s a list of the latest updates available for each device:
- iPhone 8 and later, iPad Pro (all models), iPad Air (3rd generation and later), iPad (5th generation and later), and iPad mini (5th generation and later) should update to iOS 16.5 and iPadOS 16.5.
- iPhone 6s (all models), iPhone 7 (all models), iPhone SE (1st generation), iPad Air 2, iPad mini (4th generation), and iPod touch (7th generation) should update to iOS 15.7.6 and iPadOS 15.7.6.
- macOS Ventura users should update to macOS Ventura 13.4.
- Apple TV 4K (all models) and Apple TV HD should update to tvOS 16.5.
- Apple Watch Series 4 and later should update to watchOS 9.5.
- Safari users on macOS Big Sur and macOS Monterey should update to Safari 16.5.
