Hi Guys,

EasyJet, the UK’s largest airline, had confirmed that they were hacked and that the email addresses and travel information for 9 million customers were exposed. Credit card details were also accessed by the attackers.

Please take the following actions if you have ever used Easy Jet

  • Change your password right away and never use the same password twice (see my article on credential stuffing below)
  • Keep a close eye on your credit card statements and report and irregular transactions to your bank. I would even suggest you get a new credit card with new card numbers to be on the safe side.
  • Send an email to them and let them know that you are aware of the breach and ask them to provide you with Identity protection and credit Monitoring services.

Please let me know if you need any help in relation to this.
