Hi Guys,

I hope you are well 🙂

If you are a user of Mac, please stop what you are doing and make sure you are running the latest version, which is Big Sur 11.5. Malware makers have been taking advantage of several security holes to do all sorts of nasty things, including copying any passwords you have saved in Google Chrome and being able to access your ‘secure’ telegram accounts. This macOS malware can also collect login credentials from various apps, allowing its operators to steal accounts and access your sensitive data.

If you are a Mac user, please do the following:

  1. Make sure you are running the latest version of macOS – Version 11.5
  2. Make sure you have auto-updates turned on so that any new security updates are installed automatically
  3. Install a good Anti Virus/Anti Malware solution and keep it updated. Just search for ‘top 5 anti-virus/anti-malware for Mac’ and go with one of them.

Please share this tip with any macOS users you know and let me know if you need any help.

Thanks and have a great day.

All the best,

Max Roberts,
Incognito Privacy Care Team.
