Can you please make sure that you are running the latest version of Incognito( Version 182). We were having some problems where the Incognito Spyware Scanner was not able to scan on some versions of Android . It actually wasn’t our fault at all and Google have been very helpful correcting things on their end. I am delighted to say that this issue has now been fixed and the scanner is back operating at 100% capacity. We have also added some new spy tools and we have updated some of the existing signatures that we scan for.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the amount of time that it took to fix this issue and also for the slow response times from our support team. I know a lot of our users were very unhappy with us and you deserve an explanation.
I am very sorry to tell you that my dear wife and one of our core team members Jess Jones tragically lost her life several weeks ago while swimming. The poor thing. Jess was one of the greatest human beings to ever walk this earth and and she was taken far too early. She was loved and adored by many around the globe and her passing has left an empty void in so many people’s lives that can never be filled. In addition to being an amazing wife, daughter, sister , aunt, cousin, friend and my soul mate, Jess was also a critical part of the Incognito team and this is why we have been slow to respond.
Jessica’s passing has rocked us all to the core but I can assure you that we have now picked everything back up and we are back to full capacity.
