Hello everyone,
Microsoft has recently disclosed information regarding a significant vulnerability in macOS that remote attackers could potentially exploit to bypass the existing security measures on your Mac. This vulnerability, dubbed “Migraine,” allows attackers to circumvent a security feature known as System Integrity Protection (SIP). By doing so, they can carry out various actions on your Mac, such as accessing your personal information and introducing executable code that can be used for virtually any purpose.
If you happen to be a Mac user, it is strongly recommended that you ensure you are running the latest version of macOS. To update your Mac, follow the instructions provided below.
- Open the Apple menu located in the top left corner of your screen.
- Select “System Preferences” from the dropdown menu.
- Within the System Preferences window, click on “Software Update.”
- If an update is available, click on the “Update Now” button.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update process.
As always, if you require any assistance, including a friendly chat, please don’t hesitate to contact the Privacy Care Team.
Best regards,
Max Roberts.
