Hackers can access laptop webcams without activating the LED.
Here is an article from Cyber News to remind you of the importance of putting a piece of tape over your laptop web camera. Now, this is not new at all, as we were doing this nearly 20 years ago, but a Cybersecurity researcher has rediscovered a way to turn on the web camera without activating the LED light. It’s always best. I just have a little bit of tape over the camera. You never know who’s looking or who is watching you from afar.

Police bust pirate streaming service making €250 million per month.
A great article explains how police have busted a Pirate streaming service, making a quarter of a billion euros monthly. There is a lot of money to be made in the legal streaming websites, but this number has blown me away. This streaming service has hundreds of thousands of active users, and most of the revenue they’re talking about comes from advertising. Have you ever tried to watch a sporting event on a streaming service and had to click through 1000 adverts before you could watch the sports game? Well, there is a lot of money to be made from it. As you can see in this article, there are also big consequences.
That’s it; let me know if you need anything at all. I wish you a fantastic weekend ahead.
All the best,
Max Roberts
