QQ Messeneger, a popular instant messaging app has been caught spying on its users by collecting web browsing history with their desktop client. The discovery was initially made by internet users in China and has been confirmed by several researchers around the world.
The makers of QQ Messenger were made aware of the ‘spying’ and have now released a new version of their software that does not spy on users Internet browsing habits and if you are a user I strongly suggest that you update to the latest version without delay.
