Hi Guys
I am sorry for the second alert in one day but this is an urgent one:
If you are using the password manager Lastpass you need to update it urgently.
In a tweet from Security researchers at Google’s Project Zero team, the analysts describe how, by embedding a website with malicious code, a hacker could trick Lastpass into divulging the password of previously visited websites.
They have just fixed a major security flaw that potentially allowed malicious websites to obtain the username and passphrase inserted by the password manager on the previously visited site.
Here is what you need to do:
1. Update LastPass to version 4.33.0 or later, which squashes this bug.
2. Change any passwords that were used to automatically log in to websites that you have visited to be on the safe side
Hope you were not affected by this and let us know if need anything. Thanks Max Roberts, Incognito Privacy Care
