Hi Guys,
Security researchers at HP have uncovered a website that is currently distributing fake Windows 11 upgrade installers to Windows 10 users, tricking them into downloading and executing RedLine stealer malware. RedLine stealer is the most widely used password, browser cookies, credit card, and cryptocurrency wallet info stealer, so its infections can be devastating for its victims.
According to the researchers, cybercriminals are using the “windows-upgraded.com” domain for the malware distribution part of their campaign. If you download from this site, you will be infecting your device with one of the nastiest pieces of malware that we have ever seen.
Please only download Microsoft updates or upgrades from the official Windows upgrade system alerts.
Please share this tip with any of your family, friends, or colleagues who might be affected by this.
Thanks, and let me know if you need any help.
All the best,
Max Roberts,
Incognito Privacy Care Team.
